Funny manifesto of Congress

In a major gaffe, the Congress poll manifesto released  on Monday ( 20th Feb), has promised a bridge in the landlocked Neura village, with no river or rivulet anywhere near it !

The glaring error was pointed out by media persons, moments after the Congress manifesto for the March 3 polls was released by congress.

The Congress manifesto makes a mention about the Parallel Zuari bridge to be be built along with bridges at Terekhol, Talpona, Galgibag, Chodan, Cavelossim, Assolna, Diwar, Mandovi, Madkai and Neura, in the ‘Infrastructucture section.

However, it is surprising to note that the village of Neura in st andre area does not have any rivulet ! The requirement of a bridge therefor does not arise.  congress party is thus trying to fool the  the goan voters  with totally irrelevant promises.

When chief minister Digambar Kamat was asked to clarify how a bridge could be built in in the landlocked region of Neura, kamat stumbled saying that there must be someplace in Neura, where a bridge might be necessary thus showing the credibility of a chief minister of goa revealing that he is totally unaware of a village called neura existing in goa.

  

It was the former GPCC president and Shiroda candidate Subhash Shirodkar who stepped in and said that Neura village located 15 kms from the states capital Panaji might  have been included by accident and that it was the village of Cortalim which adjoins the Zuari river in South Goa district which was supposed to be included in the manifesto.

Nevertheless, the Congress has again proved how negligent it is about the reality and how greedy it is for power by making irrelevant promises in its elections manifesto.

Tears for vote

कांग्रेस पार्टी जो अपने आप को सेकुलर पार्टी बताती है, वो सही मायने में धर्मवादी और जातीयवादी पार्टी है. यह साबित करने के लिए विरोधियो के भाषणों की सहायता लेने की जरुरत भी नहीं है. राजकीय विश्लेषको का हमेशा से ही मानना है की कांग्रेस जो सेकुलर के नाम से राजकारण ( सत्ताकरण ) करती आये है, असल में सेकुलर की चादर ओढ़ कर धर्मवादी राजकारण कर रही है. जो सही मेमे में देश की एकात्मता के लिए घटक है.

उत्तर प्रदेश में चल रहे चुनावो में कांग्रेस के सलमान खुर्शीद जी ने पहले आरक्षण का तीर चलाया फिर और अब मुस्लिम वोटो के लिए बाटला हाउस एन्कोउन्टर का मुद्दा उठाकर हस्यास्पद विधान किये  और फिर मुकर भी गए. कानून मंत्री सलमान खुर्शीदजी ने  सभा में कहा की बाटला हाउस एन्कोउन्टर की तस्वीरे जब सोनियाजी को दिखाई तो वो फुट बड़ी और कहा ये तस्वीरे मुझे मत दिखाना वजिरआजम (प्रधानमंत्री) से बात करो. ये बयांन दिने के बाद कई कांग्रेससियो ने कहा सोनिया गाँधी तस्वीर देख के नहीं रोई.  

खुद कांग्रेस महासचिव दिग्विजय सिंह ने कहा की " सोनिया गाँधी तो नहीं रोई". खैर सोनियाजी के रोने या हसने से देश का भला तो होना है नहीं. यहाँ लाख टके का सवाल तो यह है जिस बाटला हाउस एन्कोउन्टर में आंतकियो से मुद्मेद करते हुए शहीद हुए पुलीस अफसरों को अशोक चक्र से नवाजा गया, उसी पर कांग्रेस ठीक चुनाव के दिनों में सियासत कर रही है. क्यों? सिर्फ चंद मुस्लिम वोटो के लिए येह आसुवो को भी चुनावी बाजार में घसीटा जा रहा है.

जिस बाटला हाउस एन्कोउन्टर पर कांग्रेस महासचिव दिग्विजय सिंह और सलमान खुर्शीद साहब सवाल उठा रहे है उसे गृहमंत्री पि. चिदंबरम ने इसी मुठभेड़ को असली करार दिया है. जरा सोचिये मुस्लिम वोट बटोरने के लिए अपने ही कार्यकाल में हुए एन्कोउन्टर को फर्जी कह ने वाले कांग्रेस सदस्य, येही एन्कोउन्टर भाजपा के समय हुवा होता तो बीजेपी को धर्मवादी कह कर खूब सियासत करते नजर आते.

सोनिया गाँधी अपने आसूवो पे स्पष्टीकरण देकर देश को बताती क्यों नहीं की, वो कब कब रोई और क्यों रोई? या सिर्फ वोट हासिल करने के सलमान खुर्शीद ने आसुवो का मजाक बनाया है?

जब कांग्रेस ने चुनावी मैदान में सोनियाजी के  आसूवो  को उतरा तब बीजेपी के प्रवक्ता अब्बास नकवी साब ने कहा के कांग्रेस सिर्फ आतंकियों के मरने पर ही रोति है तभी तो आज तक कई आतंकवादियों को फांसी नहीं दी जा रही है?

बीजेपी के आलावा समाजवादीने भी  आसूवो के सिससत पर कांग्रेस पर तीखा वार किया. 

खैर आम जनता का पूछना यह है की इतनी भावना जो फुट फुट के आसू निकलती है वो भावना मुंबई हमले में कहा थी? जब देश का नाम दुनिया भर में सिर्फ घोटालो और भ्रष्टाचार के कारन बदनाम हुआ तब ये आसू निकले थे? या सिर्फ यह घडियाली आसू है? 

Congress: Casteist and Communal

Goa Congress is showing some  mildness in state ahead of the looming polls. The party which is steeped on allegation of corruption is now trying to stand on a base of dirty politics of caste and religion issues.  Actually,  It is not surprising to see congress as communal party. The so called secular of congress is always been used by its so called secular leaders to create a valley of difference between the people.  The central government under Congress lost its credibility  over corruption issues and so, had raised unconstitutional issue of reservations for minorities.

Recently,  Goa  Rajyasabha MP Shantaram Naik said at congress press conference,  that Goa BJP is trying to suppress Bahujan Samaj (OBC) in Goa.  Naik tried to gain political mileage from internal dispute in the  BJP over  not giving state assembly election  ticket to North Goa MP Sripad Naik. However,  Shantaram Naik totally failed to answer queries in same press conference about rampant illegal mining in Goa under  Congress reign.

Congress party  has also  created Medium of Instruction issue ( which is for suppressing mother tongue or local languages, and to give English medium education a financial aid ) which has been used as tool by a few congressman to lure and divide the  community in Goa. When journalists asked whether  MoI issue is Congress Government’s  achievement Shantaram Naik was seen helpless.    

In Goa congress party, with its insensitive and helpless leaders, has failed to solve local issues. In last five years,  Goa saw major scams like illegal mining, GIDC land allotment, the Drug-Nexus was a big stain on congress led Govt.  The Congress rule also failed to manage Balli agitation of ST community, which saw 2 peoples die. The tourism minister was also besieged by allegation of land scam, while Helath department was always being criticized for wrongful recruitment policy and corruption. The PWD minister was blamed for water tank scam. Whereas liquor scam and other corruption cases were a few more blots on Congress led Govt. in Goa.

Shantaram Naik might be left with no option to go before the  public so he might satisfy himself with narrow minded politics of raising caste base issues.

In a tit for tat policy,  BJP leader Venkayya Naidu slammedCcongress MP Shantaram Naik for his low level politics. He asked , if congress is so worried about OBC then why congress has not made obc leader the chief minister of Goa.

MP Shantaram was also confronted by opposition leader Manohar Parrikar stating that empty vessel make too much noise in context of Shantaram Naiks OBC issue. Parrikar made it clear that in Goa BJP has more MLA from OBC and it was the BJP who first  gave leadership to OBC and not the corrupt congress. He also blamed congress for high level of corruption and low level caste base politics.

सोमवार २३ जानवरों को उत्तराखंड में भावी प्रधानमंत्री माननीय श्री राहुल गाँधी पर जूता फेंकने का प्रयास किया गया. कांग्रेस के नेताओ ने इसका पूरी वफ़ादारी से निषेध किया. कई कांग्रेसवासियों को मौका था की भाजपा पर आरोप लगाये, तो बस देर किस बात की? कांग्रेस की तरफ से इस घटना की पूरी तहकीकात की मांग की गयी.. लेकिन कांग्रेस ने तहकीकात से पहले ही इसमें भाजपा का हाथ होने का संशय भी व्यक्त किया. 

कांग्रेस के प्रवक्ता  राशीद अल्वी जी को राहुल जी के मुखकमल की तरफ जूते ने किये हवाई उडान का सूत्रधार बीजेपी लगा, यह स्वाभाविक है. क्यों की देश में घटने वाले कई  महत्वपूर्ण घटना में कांग्रेस के एक महासचीव् जो की प्रवक्ता भी नहीं है उन्हें बीजेपी या RRS का हाथ दिकता है.

खैर उनकी बात को देश भी गंभीरता से नहीं लेता है. :)

तो राशीद  अल्वी साहब ने कुछ इन शब्दों में निषेद करते हुए कड़ी और गंभीर तहकीकात की माग की - उत्तराखंड में बीजेपी की सर्कार है. राहुल जी को जेड प्लस सुरक्षा व्यवस्ता दी गयी है, फिर भी उनके पास जूता फेकने वाला व्यक्ति पहुच पाता  है, यह गंभीर बात है, और इस बात की कड़ी तहकीकात होनी चाहिए"

अब इसी बात को कुछ अलग नजरिये से भी देखते है, देश में कांग्रेस नेतृव की सरकार है, और भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाप लड़ने वाले अरविन्द केजरीवाल पर जब हमला होता है तो कांग्रेस इस बात को कुछ अलग अंदाज़ में बयाँ करते है, तब कड़ी आलोचना और तहकीकात ये शब्द कही गुमनाम से लगते है.

खैर छोड़ो, कांग्रेस के यह नेता जो इस घटना की कड़ी तहकीकात की मांग कर रहे है, वो गृहमंत्री के ऊपर जब गंभीर आरोप लगते है तो उस बात को शिद्दत से उठाकर कड़ी मांग करते दिखाई नहीं देते.

भ्रष्टाचार के मुद्दों पर कांग्रेस पार्टी कड़ी तहकीकात की मांग नहीं कर पति है, २जी मामले में संसद स्थगित करने के बाद कही जाकर JPC की तहकीकात हुई थी. घोटालो में भी सरकार को न्यायव्यवस्था की फटकार सुनानी पड़ी. ये क्या गर्व की बात है?

Slap? condemn? and common man

Union Minister Mr. Sharad Pawar got a slap on face on 24^th November. The youth, named Harvinder Singh slapped the Minister and claim he slapped him because of inflation (price rise) and corruption. Later on 25^th November court ordered a judicial custody to shree Harvinder Singh.

Here I will not support violent move of showing discontentment for Govt. failure. just because India is democratic country. Further I dont really condemn the act but surly not support the violent way used by the youth.

it is not important that a common man slapped a minister over inflation. my point is, It is utterly shameful that just because a Nationalist Congress Parties President got slap on Face, the NCP workers started agitation in Maharashtra, Goa and other parts of India. In Maharashtra NCP workers went on ramapage, broke 10 buses and glasses of truck, also indulge in breaking shops. 

The agitation of NCP is worth condemning for any sensitive Indian. Because NCP party worker has never came on streets and condemn govt. failure to curb mounting prise rise in essential commodity and corruption. NCP party workers never came on street to condemn the govt. for plight of Farmers in Maharashtra where number of farmers doing suicide is just alarming dangerously, which may even demoralize farmers to do agriculture.

What is more important is that Mr. Sharad Pawar is a Maharashtrian leader, and Marathi Manus can feel proud as A Maharashtrian is a Union minister. But question arises as to whether the situation and economic condition of Farmers improved?

Look at Goa’s situation.

Goa is ruled by Congress led Govt. in which NCP is a major coalition partner. The NCP workers in Goa also took to  streets in protest of  the attack on their party supremo. They claimed that their sentiment were hurt as the youth slapped Mr. Pawar.

I have a direct question for NCP president in Goa Mr. Surendra Sirsat – have you and your party worker ever come down on street and agitated over prise rise of essential commodities and inflation which is directly affecting common Man? No.

The Malaria eradication workers sat on hunger strike for nearly 14 days. NCP and particularly you, Mr. Sirsat, visited the site. You did not condemn the Govt. even once. Whereas a foreign tourist who came down to Goa took a stand that the demands of agitating workers be fulfilled.

Again coming back to the way of showing discontentment, all Parties condemned the act of Harvindar Singh. It should be condemned. But surprisingly, when a youth was trying to show black flags to Rahul Gandhi in Uttar Pradesh rally, some of the congress leader from Uttar Pradesh resort to violant attack. And congress party did not criticize it! Nor did the NCP. Contrary to this when a man tried to attack Arvind Kejrival the crusader in anti-corruption some congress party member instead of condemning  supported the act saying anti corruption activist should not open his mouth too wide.

I feel there should be  a democratic way of showing dicontenment but it shows that the political community is sensitive about their leaders but not about comman man. This is something which can be called as bitter truth.

Beggars of UP?

Are people of Uttar Pradesh beggars as title given by congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi?

In a bid to achieve political gain (votes) congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi in his speech asked the people of UP – “Kab tak Panjab me Majduri Karoge, kab tak Maharashtra me Jake Bhik mangoge” 

Rahul Gandhi gave this particular speech at Fulpur (Nehrujis Constituency) He might have chosen Fulpur to attract people toward congress taking advantage of Pat Glory. Because at present congress party is becoming infamous for scandals and corruption charges with evry passing day.

Rahul Gandhis statement might be for targeting Mayawatis Govt.

But… His speech is a clearly instigating regionalism- same concept opposed by congress when MNS doing for rights of Maharashtrians.

Readers plz notice the Fact UTTAR PRADESH is a state where congress leader like Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi,  Sonia Gandhi and Rahul himself got elected . Before Mayawatis govt CONGRESS has ruled UP for atleast 25 years years. Since independence Congress party enjoyed the post of chief minister in UP more than any other party.

So again question arise what Congress did for development of UP. If people of UP are BHIKHARI  (beggars) then who is responsible ? Congress cannot say that before Mayawatis rule UP was Switzerland.

In fact at the time of congress rule, UP was among BIMARU that is a weak and much attention needed sick state. So, why congress had not done anything for UP to raise it from poverty?

Infact Mayawati’s Bahujan Samaj Party is partner of UPA led by congress party in central Govt – so Rahul Gandhi is just making fool of people of UP and Indians at large.

If Mayawatis BSP is criticized by Rahul Gandhi as Mafia Raj and for rampant corruption then how can a Mafia rule became crutches of Congress to form UPA Govt.

सिर्फ राजकीय फायदा ( वोटस ) उठाने के लिए कांग्रेस महासचिव राहुल गाँधी ने अपने भषण में युपिके लोगोसे पूछा - कब तक पंजाब में जाके मजदूरी करोगे, कब तक महाराष्ट्र में जाके भीक मांगोगे?"

 राहुल गाँधी ने यह भाषण  ( स्व. नेहरूजी का चुनावछेत्र )फूलपुर में दिया (14 Nov 2011) , शायद राहुल ने कांग्रेस के पूर्वसंचित  पुण्य पर, चुनाव को नजर में रखते हुए उत्तरप्रदेश के लोगो को कांग्रेस तरफ आकर्षित करने का प्रयास किया होगा. क्योंकि वर्तमान में घोटालो और भ्रष्टाचार के आरोपों से कांग्रेस दिन ब दिन अलोकप्रियता के नये नये रिकॉर्ड बना रहा है.

मान लेते हैं की राहुल गाँधी का विधान शायद मायावती के सरकार पर टिका करने के लिए होगा 

 परन्तु .. उसका यह भाषण प्रांतवाद को भाढावा देने वाला है - वही प्रांतवाद जो महाराष्ट्र नवनिर्माण सेना  महाराष्ट्र में मराठी लोगो के हित के लिए कर रही है,  कांग्रेस उसका विरोध करती है. लेकिन क्या  राहुल का प्रांतवाद  देश को तोड़ने का काम नहीं करता? 

अब इसे जरा ध्यान से पढ़िए, 

उत्तर प्रदेश वही राज्य है जिसने कांग्रेस के दिगाज्ज नेता पंडित जवाहरलाल नेहरु, इंदिरा गाँधी, राजीव गाँधी, सोनिया गाँधी और खुद राहुल  गांधीजी  को चुनाव जिता कर सत्ता का सुखा दिया है. मायावती के शासन काल से पहले कांग्रेस ने यूपी के सत्ता का २० साल से भी अधिक काल तक उपभोग लिया है. स्वतंत्रता के बाद किसी भी राजनितिक पार्टी से ज्यादा मुख्यमंत्री के खुर्सी का उपभोग कांग्रेस पार्टी ने ही लिया है. 

तो फिर से प्रश्न उभरता है की  कांग्रेस ने युपि के विकास के लिए किया तो क्या किया? अगर यूपी के लोग भिकारी है तो उनके इस हालत के लिए कौन जिम्मेदार है? क्या कांग्रेस कहना चाहती है की मायावती के शासन से पहले यूपी स्विटज़लैंड था?  

सच तो ये है की कांग्रेस के शासन काल में यूपी  'बीमारू' राज्यों में से एक पिछड़ा राज्य था.. जो विकास के लिए तरस रहा था. तब कांग्रेस ने यूपी को गरीबी के श्राप से बचने का क्यों प्रयास नहीं किया? 

आश्चर्य की बात तो ये है - मायावती की जिस बहुजन समाज पार्टी को निशाना बना कर सत्ता की सीडियाँ  चड़ने का प्रयास राहुल गाँधी कर रहे  है - वही बहुजन समाज पार्टी केंद्र सरकार में कांग्रेस पार्टी की पार्टनर है - 

यह यूपी के लोगो को और देश को गुमराह करने का प्रयास नहीं है तो क्या है?

अगर मायावती की बहुजन समाज पार्टी को राहुल गाँधी भ्रष्टाचार और माफिया राज का नाम  देते है, तो   यूपीए सरकार गठन के लिए उसी माफिया राज को बैसाखी बनाना कांग्रेस के लिए सत्ता का घिनौना  राजकारण नहीं है?
